What is Meal prep and how do I order?

We offer five fully cooked healthy meals every week. You can either pre-order (Ala Carte or Subscription (save 5%) until Wednesday at 11:59 pm or you can utilize the Grab-n-Go fridge (first come first serve basis) in our storefront to purchase meals.

Do you offer Gluten Free and Vegan meals? What variations to the meals can be made?

All of our meals are gluten free and we offer at one vegan meal a week. We batch cook all of our food; therefore, we currently do not accept special orders (like food with no garlic). We do offer the option of no additional grain when you pre-order Ala Carte or Subscription.  For example if you purchase Chicken Satay you can request no grain when pre-ordering and we will not include any rice in the meal but will add more vegetable.

Traditional – contain 4 oz of protein, 3 oz healthy carb and healthy seasonal veggies.

What’s the benefit of a subscription?

We also offer a 5% discount on all subscription orders.  Subscriptions are automatically renewed but you may pause anytime by emailing us at redefinedfoodco@gmail.com or by logging into your account and pick the dates you want to pause.  If you wish to cancel your subscription, we would hate to see you go, but email us at redefinedfoodco@gmail.com or by logging into your account and cancelling your subscription.  All changes to subscriptions must be emailed to us at redefinedfoodco@gmail.com by Wednesday at midnight for Friday afternoon pick-up or delivery.  If the change request isn’t received by this deadline, your payment will not be refunded.

Do I pick my own meals each week and when do I pick up?

You can choose your meals each week, and we suggest picking up your meals Friday afternoon or Saturday during normal business hours. You must pick up by close of business Monday.  We will freeze your meals if you don’t pick the meals up by close of business Saturday.

Do you have additional pick-up locations?

We have the following pick-up locations (must pre-order and chose that pickup location by midnight Wednesday)

FIT Physical Therapy – 326 Moody Blvd, Flagler Beach                      Pickup FRIDAY  2 pm until 5 pm

What happens if I can’t pick up my order?

If you cannot pick up your order by close of business Monday we will have to throw away your order and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I pause my subscription?

If you need to pause your subscription, please log into your account and pick chose the dates your wish to pause or you may email us at redefinedfoodco@gmail.com

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you need to cancel your subscription, please log into your account and cancel the subscription or you may email us at redefinedfoodco@gmail.com.  We would hate to see you go!

What else do you offer besides meals?

In store we offer a variety of other food options such as gluten free and vegan baked goods, Acai bowls and smoothies, fresh pressed juices and cook to order menu items (for example Buddha Bowls available 10 am until 3 pm).  Follow us on Social Media for updates and weekly specials.

What are your storefront hours and where are you located ?

The hours are:

Monday – Wednesday 10 am until 8 pm

Thursday – Saturday 10 am until 3 pm

Sunday – CLOSED

Do you offer delivery?

We deliver every Friday morning or afternoon depending on number of deliveries for those who pre-order on our website (minimum of 5 meals per week) by our deadline of Wednesday at midnight.  It’s really easy to place an order.  Just go to our website: www.redefinedfoodco.com and click on the Order Now Button and follow the prompts.  There is an additional fee for delivery.  PLEASE LEAVE A COOLER WITH ICE OUTSIDE YOUR FRONT DOOR IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME ON FRIDAY’S!

How do I order a Juice Cleanse?

We offer fresh pressed juices on Saturday and Tuesday only but if you order a juice cleanse, we will have that ready the day after you place your order online on our website: www.redefinedfoodco.com under the Juice Tab.  If you have trouble ordering online, you may call or stop in to place your order.
