What is Meal prep and how do I order?

We offer six fully cooked healthy meals every week. We post our menu for the following week every Sunday night by 8pm. You can either pre-order (Ala Carte or Subscription – save 5%) until Thursday at 7am or you can utilize the Grab-n-Go fridge in our storefront to purchase meals.

Do you offer Gluten Free and Vegan meals? What variations to the meals can be made?

All of our meals are gluten free and we offer at two vegan meals a week. We batch cook all of our food; therefore, we currently do not accept special orders (like food with no garlic). We do offer the option of no additional grain when you pre-order Ala Carte or Subscription.  For example if you purchase Chicken Satay you can request no grain when pre-ordering and we will not include any rice in the meal but will add more vegetable.

Traditional – contain 4 oz of protein, 3 oz healthy carb and healthy seasonal veggies.

What’s the benefit of a subscription?

We also offer a 5% discount on all subscription orders.  Subscriptions are automatically renewed but you may cancel anytime by emailing us at redefinedfoodco@gmail.com.

Do I pick my own meals each week and when do I pick up?

You can choose your meals each week, and we suggest picking up your meals Saturday during our normal business hours. You must pick up by close of business Monday.

What happens if I can’t pick up my order?

If you cannot pick up your order by close of business Monday we will have to throw away your order  and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I pause my subscription?

What else do you offer besides meals?

In store we offer a variety of services including housemade Kombucha, gluten free and vegan baked goods, Acai bowls and smoothies, fresh pressed juices.
